Rob came and replaced the toilet where I work after I found him on google. He came quickly to quote, and fitted the toilet easily even after a hiccup that was beyond anyones control. He was polite, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him, and we will definitely use his services again.

I got home late this evening and found I had no hot water or heating. It's December! 🥶 I was frantically calling emergency plumbers (at 1am), only Rob responded! He was super fast at replying to my desperate messages, and was easily able to help me fix my boiler with the exchange of a couple of pipe pictures - and didn't even ask anything from me in return for his precious time! Thank you sooo much! Fingers crossed all is well, but if I have any further plumbing issues - I'm coming straight to Rob! 🙏🏼

Rob was very responsive, called him on a Sunday evening and he had someone at mine first thing the next morning. He helped us understand the problem and contain the issue for the morning until it could be repaired. Amazing guys and will definitely be using them for any future works!

Highly recommend and would use again. I had a leak under the bath. Rob came out the next day and was able to fix this for me with ease. The job was very reasonably priced, he was a tidy workman and was prompt to respond to my call.

Rob and Ryan are very professional in their work which is of an excellent standard. They completely removed all the fittings from the bathroom and installed a shower cubicle, and integrated toilet and washbasin. Rob has done a great job with both the floor and wall tiles and what I particularly appreciated was his attention to small details in lining up the tiles symmetrically to give a great finished look. Their workmanship is very good and I was totally confident with their plumbing throughout. I have every confidence in recommending them.

I was really in a muddle when my boiler broke down and we were left without hot water and I have 2 young children. I called the number and spoke to Robert, who was very courteous on the phone and put my mind at ease straight away. He came out to see me that same day and was able to fix the problem. The customer service we received was excellent. Highly recommended.
